CONSTRUCTION - HOIST are of fabricated construction. Hoist, consist of separate 
individual units such as Brake, Motor,  Gear Box, Wire rope Drum, Electrical Control Panel and Travelling Trolley. All these units are easily accessible for repairs & maintenance without disturbing each other. 

GEAR Box Gears of EN-81/EN-24 running on anti friction ball bearings are totally enclosed in oil bath lubrication for maximum noise & maximum strength, through stage transmission gives high efficiency.  

MOTORS Induction motors with starting high torque, sq. cage specially 
designed  & built for hoist duty. 

BRAKE 100% fail-safe instant action brake automatically actuates on power failure. 

ROPE DRUM machined & grooved to receive wire rope in single layer. It is supported by
ball / roller bearings on both the ends. 

ROPE GUIDE special sturdy rope guide prevents the wire rope from over riding & loosening.  

LIMIT SWITCHES are provided as a safety device to prevent  overthosting & overlowering. Limit Switches are easily adjustable for the required working height.  

PENDENT  push button station operate at low voltage of 24 v/42 v which 
ensures safety to the operator.  

WIRE ROPE are tested & confirming to IS 2266  

HOOK are of forged steel and Confirming to IS 3815  

TROLLEY WHEELS mounted on anti friction bearings are adjustable to 
suit wide range of runway beams. 

FLAME PROOF HOISTS Suitable for hazardous atmosphere gas groups I, II A & II B. JAYCO hoists are available with flame-proof electricals confirming to IS 2148. 
Flame-proof electricals are certified by Central Mining Research Station, Dhanbad.  

JAYCO hoists are also available with high speeds, micro speeds, dual speed, high lifts flexible trolley wheels suitable for short radius curved beam.
